Dear (or not so dear) Joseph Graham,

Will you please stop giving out my phone number to all your debt collectors? I am sorry that every 6 months you seem to have yet another quarter (?), mid (?), life crisis and all the collectors come chasing after you but REALLY- you have been handing out my number as your own for 3 years now.

Also, please tell your wife that her nail lady no longer cares for her business.

Oh yeah, and Eduardo has been looking for you. Please call him back so the man will stop harassing me. He seems to think I have you "stashed" and doesn't believe me when I tell him he has the wrong number.

And don't forget to call American Express. They have "matters" they would like to discuss with you.

Thank you,
The REAL resident of (505) 771-XXXX

we have the exact same thing. except his name is frank cortinez. his family calls here, his child's high school calls here. He has a business, so the yellow pages call, people who are looking for work, and of course- debt collectors.
Though the one that takes the cake... FRANK CALLED US! He apologized for the mess up, and wondered if we could "go into business" in the sense that when people call our house for him, we are to pass on his CORRECT number.
My response was HELL TO THE NO! Stop giving out my number, bust-a-foolio!

That is STILL happening?

It is still happening at least 3 times a week! Ugh! It's like a bad case of hemorrhoids that just keeps flaring up--it'll get better for awhile, but then it comes back even worse than before!

ah.... good ol' Joseph. I guess it's time for me to tell Mckay that I have a side business that I created under the name Joseph Graham. Obviously business didn't go so well.

I think the phone company will let you change your number for free when there is a harassment issue. Maybe this qualifies.
